Thank you for choosing Rememless, operated by Forbord Inventions, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonsforetak). We value your satisfaction and understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions for refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your current billing period

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 hours of consecutive unavailability) or critical features are non-functional for an extended period, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the affected time period.
  • Duplicate or Erroneous Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription or charged incorrectly, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate or excess charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired
  • For partial use of a subscription period after the 14-day period
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • For incidental or consequential damages related to the use of our service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our customer support team at support@forbordinventions.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider

6. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If exchange rates have fluctuated, the amount refunded in your local currency may differ from the original charge due to exchange rate differences, which are beyond our control.

7. Norwegian Consumer Rights

As a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonsforetak), we comply with Norwegian consumer protection laws, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven). Under Norwegian law, consumers may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (angrerett). This right is reflected in our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
